Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, order processing may be slightly delayed.
Domestic Shipping: We ship our products via USPS. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number. If you are having issues with tracking your order please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
International Shipping: Currently we only offer international shipping to customers in Canada. Shipping is via UPS Standard and takes between 3-7 business days; however, this does not take customs processing into account. Please be advised that you are responsible for your country's customs/duties/delivery fees and delays when shipping outside the US.
Currently we do not offer expedited shipping for domestic or international orders.
Since most items are handmade we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless items are faulty. If there is an issue with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to solve. During sales all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed (this overrides our usual 24 hour cancellation policy)
Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Please send us an email with your order number to email@example.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Cancellations received after 24 hours cannot be processed.
